Cookie making

Starting the drive. It was about 6 hours. We had plenty of free rentals from Blockbuster, so the trip went rather well.
The next morning we went to the Denver temple. Grandpa watched the girls all day. What a Champ! Thanks Grandpa!
While we were in Denver, we saw 2 friends from Dental school. They were quick visits, but still good fun. (Only one pic.)

the "Barn Burners". Our friend who ordered the shirts thought that was the name, so we became the "Barn Burners"

and more, Aleah snuggling with her cousin, Sammythe whole fam.
We did catch a litle conference, but caught the rest when we came home, via internet. btw, every talk from conference seem to answer every concern and gave comfort. Loved it!
Congrats again Mikey! So glad we could be there!

These little girls are always my projects!
So is cooking. This is one of my favorites lately. Chicken cordon bleu with broccoli and rice pilaf.
And these skirts, well they are a project in the works. This last weekend when we went to Matthew's parent's house, they hooked us up, not only with a computer, but all these awesome treasures. They gave me all these old clothes that I have refashioning ideas for. These two skirts are almost transformed, just a few details left. I can't wait to finish them!
