Daddy went out Saturday morning and brought back doughnuts.

All his girls felt special! We love that Daddy!

Nani had a Maple Bar. She is unconventional how she eats. She has a hard time eating sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs. She doesn't really understand the concept of a "sandwich", she just wants to eat. And I guess this is how she eats doughnuts. Nothing wrong with that, just cute.

An old 80's sweater that I turned into a sweater dress for Nani. It needs work. The flower didn't turn out the way I had imagined. I think I'm going to take it off and put black ribbon across the bottom and maybe the collar. At least she's so cute that she makes the dress look better. She wore it on Sunday with a dark grey lace slip underneath and her hair was brushed. Brushing hair usually helps:)

I liked how it turned out. The big fleur de lis I had imagined bigger with less of the whole showing, but I thought it still looked good enough.

Same as the last one. Converted it into a jumper, added a ruffle, and a design of some sort. I tried to get a close up of the design in the bottom right corner, but my camera has really bad exposure. The above pic is even edited.

Nani didn't have a black shirt to match this so I used one of my old t-shirts and made it her size and added elastic on the sleeves to make a gathered ruffle look.

Halloween night. The girls were feeling good enough by Sat. night, so we went out and did the T-o-T-ing

of course, gotta snap a few cute pics!

It was a great Halloween, besides Nani getting sick. It was stress free, the girls had fun and we kept the candy loot pretty minimal.

Pumpkin carving

Carving pumpkins was a little hard for the girls, so we ended up getting small pumpkins for the girls to paint. Painting was much more fun for them.

Trip to Akron and Denver, CO

Starting the drive. It was about 6 hours. We had plenty of free rentals from Blockbuster, so the trip went rather well.
The next morning we went to the Denver temple. Grandpa watched the girls all day. What a Champ! Thanks Grandpa!

While we were in Denver, we saw 2 friends from Dental school. They were quick visits, but still good fun. (Only one pic.)

Then the next day we raked leaves with Grandpa, went to the park and did a little shopping.

I just wanted to put this picture because the girls are riding little toys that Matthew and his bro and sis rode when they were little. Isn't that so cool?

(So lame, I don't even have pics with grandma and grandpa. Obviously I need to get the camera out more.)

Softball 2009

Of course, we played coed softball! We did recently move and didn't even know enough people to make a softball team, but Matthew would never let us miss a season. Luckily we knew two people who knew everyone else.

This season was another fun one. We only had to find one sub throughout the whole season, that's some nice consistency. Anyway, we met some great people who all have great athletic skills! We only lost one game during regular play, 7-1. We lost to an awesome team and it's the same team we lost to in tournament.

Another year down for the "Barnstormers". Every team Matthew has been in charge of, weather men's or coed, he has always used the name "Barnstormers". Well, this year was no different, sort of. We started off as the "Barnstormers" and then became
